low income housing
for Aboriginal families
in need

affordable townhouse & apartment development

Targeting Aboriginal families, this affordable housing development includes a 4-Storey apartment building with 30 units and ground floor commercial space, and 2 rowhouse buildings with 4 units each. The apartment building is designed to meet Step Code 4 and the rowhouses are designed to meet Step Code 3.

Vibrant exterior colours were selected to bring a sense of optimism and energy to the area. Mono-pitched roofs at contrasting orientations bring a contemporary flair and interest.
