This 136 unit complex/memory care facility will assist the Vancouver Island Health Authority in meeting its current and future demands for long term and dementia care in the Nanaimo area.
The facility will be designed and built within the Chase River Town Centre located along the south island highway in Nanaimo. This building features a Finnish-inspired material palette and volume treatment. A secured, large outdoor courtyard acts as the central gathering and recreation point for residents and guests.
