Located on a three-acre site between Harrow Road and Highway 99, this five-storey building administered by Sea to Sky Community services will bring 63 new affordable homes to Pemberton. The rental units will be available to community members with low to moderate incomes, serving families, seniors, and persons with disabilities.

The ground floor commercial space includes dedicated areas for Sea to Sky Community Services staff and programs, including children’s services, mental health and community services.
