multi-phasing the project for continued learning
Yale Secondary School was a complex seismic upgrade to several distinct blocks within the school. Multi phasing allows the school to remain in operation during the renovations. As a result of phasing, temporary accommodation costs were also kept to a minimum. The project was completed September 2016. Unitech Construction Management Ltd. were the Construction Managers for Yale Secondary.
