Leon is a senior associate at Station One Architects and is the director of operations for the firm, having gained a wealth of knowledge from his past experience as a senior architectural technologist and project manager. Throughout his career he has gained extensive experience in a wide range of projects, including multi-family residential, mixed-use, affordable housing, and institutional projects. Known for having a keen eye for detail, Leon is a clear communicator and is respected by his peers for his professionalism and working as a team player. He thrives in managing and organizing the needs of clients, municipalities and consultants, and in implementing the various requirements with the architectural team during the design and production phases.

Leon believes that good architectural design is developed through a collaborative, evolutionary process that draws inspiration from many sources to bring a project to successful completion. Andy is an associate with SOA, and has had a long standing interest in architecture and drafting. He is a 2012 BCIT graduate and holds his bachelor’s degree in architectural science. Since his graduation, Andy has worked on a variety of projects ranging from residential, commercial, & institutional, recently focusing on educational facilities. His involvement in a wide range of projects has provided him with valuable experience and knowledge in project execution & coordination. He also possesses an advanced knowledge of several architectural programs including REVIT, AutoCAD, Lumion Rendering, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro & After Effects. Andy has continued to advance his knowledge and skills with Station One and has become a licensed and insured drone pilot as well as a registered Architectural Technologist with the AIBC.

Andy’s attention for detail and leadership skills have made him an important part of the Station One team. As an associate, Andy is trusted to lead his team, and to ensure each project runs smoothly and that his clients are happy.
