Farrell is passionate about working alongside motivated, creative people. She is detail-oriented and loves the opportunity to work on different projects, finding satisfaction in working with various teams to help ensure projects stay on track and exceed client expectations.

She provides administration for our active architectural and landscape architectural office projects. Change Orders, CCNs, Certificates of Payment, Notification of Substantial Performance and contract administration are a few areas that Farrell masterfully manages. Farrell’s prodigious organizational skills allow her to successfully work closely with owners, GCs, architects and engineers to maintain clear lines of communication and ensure Station One’s projects stay on track.

Outside of the office Farrell loves to travel (when we’re not in the middle of a worldwide pandemic…), play her piano, take art classes, work on ridiculously large wooden puzzles and participate, very competitively, in game nights with her family.

With Charline’s considerable past work experience for a general contractor, she brings a diverse perspective to Station One’s organization. She works closely with owners, GCs, architects and engineers to maintain clear lines of communication and ensure projects stay on track. Charline also provides reception and administration support throughout the office as needed to ensure our office runs smoothly.

When she’s not at the office, Charline can usually be found on a volleyball court or enjoying country music events.

When she is not with her SOA family, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her young family, gardening, camping, being at the lake, going for walks, and crafting; and when and if she ever has the time, some good old-fashioned reading.

Inspired by her sister, an accounting graduate, Rona began her journey toward a career in accounting in the Philippines, where she obtained a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in finance and management accounting. After moving to Canada, Rona continued to develop her financial skills by obtaining a certificate in Bookkeeping from the University of the Fraser Valley, which led to roles in office administration and bookkeeping.

Outside of work, Rona loves watching movies with her husband and also enjoys karaoke and dancing. Her favourite sport is volleyball.

She is detail-oriented and able to coordinate competing priorities and multiple deadlines with grace and diplomacy.

Outside of work, Tracey loves jogging with friends, trying a new recipe, and spending time with her kids and cats! A favourite place to visit is her family cottage in Ontario.
