His thesis explored urban flood mitigation through a landscape intervention shaped by both biotic and abiotic factors, emphasizing nature’s dynamic processes over spatial orientation alone. With a deep respect for the natural world, Leo’s design approach is always rooted in context and culture, offering a different perspective to the team.
Outside of work, Leo is adventurous and passionate about the outdoors. He enjoys exploring new activities and has driven across Canada to deepen his appreciation for the country’s diverse landscapes. In his free time, you’ll often find him hiking or stargazing.
