Kimberly joined Station One Architect in the spring of 2024 as the Business Development Coordinator after more than five years working in Melbourne, Australia. Her educational background in comparative psycholinguistics and intercultural communication from the University of Alberta drew her to Station One’s community-centred philosophy, and the spaces where people gather, relate and interact.

Her previous work experience as a therapy assistant and disability support worker, coupled with her own journey with dyscalculia fuels her passion for equitable learning and living in Canada. This passion has translated into her involvement developing action plans for reconciliation, accessibility, gender equity, and social procurement.

Kimberly leads the proposal team, carrying out market research, preparing RFP responses, and coordinating subject matter experts. In her role, Kimberly strives to proactively build relationships with communities, non-profits and other industry partners in support of strong social economies.

Gaurav holds a Bachelor of Architecture, an MBA in Construction Project Management, a combination that reflects his passion for the business side of the built environment. He started his career by founding his own design practice in India, while also supporting business development for engineering firms across the North America and Middle East. At Station One Architects, Gaurav leads business development efforts, carrying out market research, preparing proposals, and identifying opportunities that align with SOA’s goals. He works to build relationships with clients and industry partners.

Outside of work, Gaurav is passionate about AI and its evolving role across industries. He also collaborates with university researchers studying the impact of AI on student growth, bringing a grounded perspective to a conversation the industry cannot afford to ignore.
