Inspired by her sister, an accounting graduate, Rona began her journey toward a career in accounting in the Philippines, where she obtained a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in finance and management accounting. After moving to Canada, Rona continued to develop her financial skills by obtaining a certificate in Bookkeeping from the University of the Fraser Valley, which led to roles in office administration and bookkeeping.

Outside of work, Rona loves watching movies with her husband and also enjoys karaoke and dancing. Her favourite sport is volleyball.

Tracey has more than 20 years’ experience in event and conference management. She helped facilitate numerous large-scale events, meetings and conferences for a diverse range of clients, and now brings her expertise in leadership, collaboration, organization, relationship building and communications to her Culture role at SOA. She is detail-oriented and able to coordinate competing priorities and multiple deadlines with grace and diplomacy.

Outside of work, Tracey loves jogging with friends, trying a new recipe, and spending time with her kids and cats! A favourite place to visit is her family cottage in Ontario.

With over 15 years in the travel industry—as an Owner, Travel Consultant, and COO—Claire has developed exceptional skills in client service, operations, and team leadership.

She also brings 5 years of experience in real estate law, having worked closely with lawyers, legal assistants, and a team of administrative professionals. Her strong organizational abilities and attention to detail have made her an integral part of every team she’s been part of.

Claire is passionate about supporting those around her and building strong, lasting relationships with clients and colleagues alike. Having traveled extensively all over the world, Claire loves discovering new cultures, history, and the beauty of natural landscapes. When she’s not at work, she enjoys gardening and blending her love of nature creatively through the design of her home.
