Outside of the office Farrell loves to travel (when we’re not in the middle of a worldwide pandemic…), play her piano, take art classes, work on ridiculously large wooden puzzles and participate, very competitively, in game nights with her family.

Launcel began his career with a bachelor’s degree in architecture, he gained experience in Process coordination in Shiraz, Iran, before heading to Canada in 2022.

He proceeded to complete his master’s degree in construction engineering and management from Concordia University focusing on prefabrication and the business logistics side of building operations. with a strong understanding in classic architecture, He is aiming to help re-introduce the classic modular approaches to enhance the link between Architecture and Construction engineering to address residential living space shortages while keeping a high level of quality and constructability of architectural design.

Outside of work he enjoys sports, climbing, hiking, and spending time in nature.

Inspired by her sister, an accounting graduate, Rona began her journey toward a career in accounting in the Philippines, where she obtained a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in finance and management accounting. After moving to Canada, Rona continued to develop her financial skills by obtaining a certificate in Bookkeeping from the University of the Fraser Valley, which led to roles in office administration and bookkeeping.

Outside of work, Rona loves watching movies with her husband and also enjoys karaoke and dancing. Her favourite sport is volleyball.

Tracey has more than 20 years’ experience in event and conference management. She is detail-oriented and able to coordinate competing priorities and multiple deadlines with grace and diplomacy.

Outside of work, Tracey loves jogging with friends, trying a new recipe, and spending time with her kids and cats! A favourite place to visit is her family cottage in Ontario.

She also brings 5 years of experience in real estate law, having worked closely with lawyers, legal assistants, and a team of administrative professionals. Her strong organizational abilities and attention to detail have made her an integral part of every team she’s been part of.

Claire is passionate about supporting those around her and building strong, lasting relationships with clients and colleagues alike. Having traveled extensively all over the world, Claire loves discovering new cultures, history, and the beauty of natural landscapes. When she’s not at work, she enjoys gardening and blending her love of nature creatively through the design of her home.
