Leon is a senior associate at Station One Architects and is the director of operations for the firm, having gained a wealth of knowledge from his past experience as a senior architectural technologist and project manager. Throughout his career he has gained extensive experience in a wide range of projects, including multi-family residential, mixed-use, affordable housing, and institutional projects. Known for having a keen eye for detail, Leon is a clear communicator and is respected by his peers for his professionalism and working as a team player. Wes has been designing and drawing buildings for over 38 years. He started his education in Building Technology at BCIT and completed his architecture degree at the University of Idaho at the top of his class. This combination of technical and design skills have resulted in a successful career in architecture that includes residential, commercial and institutional projects in British Columbia, Alberta and Washington State. Wes has extensive experience running an architectural practice, and was previously the principal and owner of Points West Architecture, until it was acquired by Station One.
Wes is currently focused on working with clients multi-family projects ranging from 12 to 900 units throughout the Fraser Valley.

Katherine was born and raised in Abbotsford and, after finishing the Architectural & Civil drafting program at UFV, has been a draftsperson for over 20 years. Having also studied interior design at BCIT, she’s worked in both interior design and architectural offices on a variety of projects, ranging from office interiors to 10-storey hospitals in Tasmania. After living in Australia for twelve years, her family relocated back to BC in 2017.
Away from the office Katherine is a competitive pool player (and is ranked as one of the top female players in Canada!), a voracious reader, plays the piano, and has a healthy obsession with plants.

She has over 20 years of experience in residential landscape design, including commercial, multi-family, institutional and industrial landscape design projects. In her earlier years as a qualified Interior Designer, her work as a draftsperson in a South African Architectural firm provided a foundation for her holistic approach to design, envisioning the exterior room as an extension to the interior spaces, and finding harmony between the two.

Heather began her career with a Bachelor Degree of Interior Design at Ryerson University. This taught her how to create high quality technical and presentation drawings, material boards, and spatial layouts. Her curiosity for formal experimentation and material effects led her to pursue a Master’s Degree of Architecture, which she has completed at the University of Calgary. This combination of education has allowed her to understand and manipulate how interior and exterior conditions can influence and augment each other.
