a dual-purpose building to facilitate events and recreation with a view

The new Ledgeview Clubhouse is set to replace the one that  burned down. The new building is to serve dual functions; it will be a golf clubhouse on the lower floor and a banquet facility on the upper floor. The City of Abbotsford is addressing a municipal need of bookable rooms for banquets/meetings/etc. by creating a facility at the golf course. These rooms on the upper floor open onto a large deck with amazing views of the golf course and an on-site banquet kitchen can serve functions up to 225 people.  The lower floor are the facilitates the golf course includes a lounge, small lunch kitchen,  pro shop, change rooms and  office.  An open-air cart storage space is located underneath the banquet facilities.
