queen charlotte heritage housing society renovation

re-purposing office space to create warm, inviting homes

carving out four suites

This renovation converted a two-storey office building into four affordable housing apartments. In Queen Charlotte there is a great need for high quality, dependable housing. Queen Charlotte Heritage Housing Society saw an opportunity to convert their 1992 office building into suites to help react to this community need.

Two suites are home to families with two bedrooms each. The remaining two suites are designated for independent seniors living.
