lustre products manufacturing & office facility

Lustre Products is a new 62,000 ft² manufacturing and office facility in Chilliwack BC. The exterior facade of the office features the flagship characteristics of the building, utilizing a curtain wall system at  75-degree angle, and exterior glazing that maximizes glare and solar heat gain resistance. The interior of the facility boasts a modern, high-end design which includes: polished concrete floors, porcelain tile & concrete feature walls, architectural steel/glass stairs, tall ceilings with a unique design, and tilted black glass windows to allow for plenty of natural light. The modern design also features warm wood accents inspired by the exposed timber construction of their previous building facility. The roof is a Duro-Last Roof system. This facility design is the winner of the 2019 Tilt-up Achievement Award.
