We are well-versed in creating designs that meet step code requirements beyond the BC Building Code.

Based on client discussions, we can create adaptive, accessible and inclusive designs that help future residents feel at home. We utilize Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) principles to help reduce incidents of crime and increase residents’ sense of security. We have a CPTED practitioner on our team to assist us in effectively incorporating this methodology into our work.
