Your Opportunity

The sales & marketing manager at SOA is a strategic thinker who can develop and guide the firm’s sales and marketing activities. This role requires someone who is results-driven, detail-oriented and contributes to our positive, creative, team atmosphere.

Your Responsibilities

  • Leads and manages the sales and marketing team.
  • Designs and implements strategies for sales activities at every stage of the pipeline; measures results and adjusts activities accordingly.
  • Manages the production of architectural proposals.
  • Regularly reviews proposal success rates and identifies areas for improvement.
  • Oversees the production of sales presentation materials.
  • Attends trade shows, conferences and client meetings as required.
  • Assists SOA staff members will sales training as required.
  • Ensures that the SOA brand is clearly communicated through effective marketing materials.
  • Develop strategies for marketing activities as well as measures for reporting results.
  • Provides regular reports on sales and marketing activities to the leadership team.
  • Participates in relevant continuing education opportunities.
  • Participates in building SOA team culture and events.
  • Models SOA core values to our team, clients and the public.

Your Credentials:

  • An MBA or bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • 10+ years’ sales experience, preferably in architecture, construction or engineering.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft 365.
